Positive: كل شي اكثر من رائع الموقع الاطلالة النظافة التعامل الجيد موقف للسيارة .
وجود المرافق المسبح والصالة الرياضية.
تقريبا كل شي متوفر بالقرب من البناية انواع المطاعم والماركت والسوبر ماركت .كذلك بعض الأماكن للتسوق العام والمترو كذلك .وبما ان المبنى مطل على البحر يوجد مراكب بحرية بها فعاليات مرتبة.
Negative: لايوجد افياش كهرباء عند السرير غرفة النوم الرئيسية
